Drink - non-alcoholic, LCD – All Recipes

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups plain soy almond, rice (or coconut milk or 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt*)

3/4 cup canned coconut milk or rice milk

1 ripe banana

12 strawberries

2 kiwifruit peeled and diced

2 tablespoons LSA

1 cup crushed ice

Description

(GF, DF*, V, YF)

Raspberries, blackberries or blueberries can be added or substituted in this mix.

Directions

Blend together and serve immediately.
